The Gyrotonic Pre-Training is the required foundation course before Gyrotonic certification. Over 30 hours across six days, you'll learn the movement principles of the method, work with the archway, and build the fundamentals every Gyrotonic teacher stands on.
It's the first step for anyone drawn to teaching the circular, decompressive movement that makes Gyrotonic so effective — taught here in a fully-equipped studio.
