Level 2 · Sound Healing
Presence as a medium for Sound — you are the instrument
Level 2 shifts the focus from the instruments to you. You'll learn to lead with your entire being — real-time nervous-system regulation, body attunement and voice development — as you become the instrument.
The training goes deeper into the science of sound: binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and how the nervous system responds — so your facilitation is both intuitive and informed.
Level 1 Sound Healing is the prerequisite.
What you'll cover
Friday · 6:00–9:30pm
Opening circle, facilitation foundations, and a prepared dinner together.
Saturday · 9:00am–7:00pm
Attunement practices, vocal toning, and small-group sound leading, with catered lunch and dinner.
Sunday · 10:00am–7:00pm
Presence work, sound-facilitation practice, and a closing circle. Lunch provided.
