ReVaH Loring

ReVaH Loring grew up on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, where she earned an associate degree in dance arts in 1999. In 2003 she moved to New Mexico. She has always loved dance — she continues to choreograph and has performed in multiple dance flash mobs in Albuquerque, NM — and has been teaching Zumba since 2014.

In August of 2024 she completed her Level 1 GYROTONIC® teacher training, and in December of 2025 she completed her GYROKINESIS® teacher training.

ReVaH also runs a personal-empowerment business, helping people create less stress in their lives. As an Access Bars® Facilitator she offers a dynamic, relaxing body process to bring more ease into a person's life, empowering people with questions, body processes, energy healing, and verbal processing. She'd love to share this gift of choice — for health, happiness, and presence — with as many people as are ready to try something different.
